• Personal lifestyle coach & fitness instructor: One-on-one sessions will provide a fitness assessment and a personalized exercise program during your stay, including simple routines that you can continue at home
• The "Eat Right for Your Type": An introduction to the research and concepts of Dr. D’Adamo concerning the relationship between what you eat and your blood group type. Your blood group type can be determined at our ranch
• Nutrition consultation: A private review of your present eating habits and how they might be modified to improve your wellness and vitality
• Cooking lessons and nutrition tips: Master Chef Kim Madsen is available throughout the day with useful advice concerning cooking, special diets, food substitutions, menu ideas and nutrition. Specific food plans can be set up for you to take back home; Chef Madsen can incorporate these into a healthful cooking lesson or demonstration
• Ruesri dat ton lessons: An easy-to-learn, gentle Thai stretching class, based on ancient Thai practices: new in North America Lessons offered daily; suitable for all age groups and abilities

• Connections options from Vancouver to Echo Valley Ranch include charter flights direct to the ranch; scheduled connector flights to Kamloops with transfers from Kamloops to the ranch; chauffeur driven limousine from Vancouver; and self drive. Please ask reservations for details
• Arrival times at the ranch: 2:30 pm every Saturday or Wednesday. Check out time 11:00 am. Flight departure times from Vancouver 1:30PM, from the ranch 2:45 pm every Saturday (arrive Vancouver 4:00PM)
• Three (3) night stay is Wednesday to Saturday and four (4) night stay is Saturday to Wednesday (Can be added to one week package for extended stays).
