Prices

Prices are valid until November 1st, 2008. However, costs of add-on excursions and activities with other suppliers may vary due to reasons beyond our control. Guests will be advised of any changes at the time the booking is accepted. Unless stated otherwise, all prices quoted are per person and include room tax, but exclude the 5% federal government Goods and Services Tax (GST) and 10% service charge, which is added to the invoice at time of booking.

To secure a reservation Guests will supply EVR with a 20% deposit with the balance due 28 days prior to your arrival. Additional charges such as optional day trips and Spa services are due upon guest check out, unless pre sold by an operator/agent for which case they are pre paid for.

We require a 30% deposit to secure your reservation with the balance due 120 days prior to your arrival. Additional charges for such things as optional day trips, transfers and Spa services are due upon checkout, unless pre sold by an operator/agent for which case they are pre paid for.

VISA and MasterCard

Any cancellations must be received in writing. A full refund will be provided for cancellations received more than 90 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is cancelled 90 to 28 days prior to arrival, EVR will take 20% of the full booking amount. We regret that no refund is available for cancellations received less than 28 days prior to arrival.

EVR is pleased to offer a special children's program for children of all ages from July 19th to August 9th and during the Easter & Thanksgiving Holidays. Children are also welcome to the ranch if someone has booked the entire ranch for their own group, i.e. family reunion. At other times, EVR is more of an adult-orientated facility, if a child is under the age of 13 please call reservations.

For the comfort of our guests, there is a no smoking policy in all of the ranch buildings.

The maximum weight for riding is 220 lbs., or at the wrangler's discretion.

From June through to the end of September the scheduled arrival and departure days are on Saturdays and Wednesdays unless arranged otherwise 60 days prior to arrival date. No restrictions apply during the months of April, May and October other than a two night minimum stay. This policy is waived if space is available within 3 weeks of booking time. EVR is a working ranch with many animals on-site. We realize however many guests are now traveling with their best four legged buddy and we also realize that many people may have allergies or other issues with pets so EVR offers certain cabins that are pet friendly and others where pets are not permitted. EVR reserves the right to refuse accommodation for any pet, for any reason, at its sole discretion. Your pet must not be left unattended and the behaviour of the pet must not impact other guest's enjoyment of the ranch. Pets are not permitted on the furniture and we recommend you bring your pets bedding and food bowls. An additional charge of CDN $20 per night per pet does apply.

We are always conscious of your safety. You should be aware, however, that being on a working ranch, flying in mountains, trail riding in the wilderness, encountering unpredictable wildlife and fishing in remote areas all involve inherent risks and hazards. For this reason, we require all guests to sign a liability and release waiver.
